'While the cat's away.......!

While some Meanderthals are sunning themselves(?) in Majorca, John R ventured out to do 15 miles and 2000 feet of ascent on the Pennine Way with Anthony's brother.

Fortunately this sign was a load of Bull....

Arriving at our destination - Bellingham - via the bank of the river North Tyne. 15 miles and 2,150 ft later.
(John will never tbe the same again!)
