Before this weeks walk
the "Penwortham Powerhouse"
AKA "Rapid Russell"
was presented with a new set of walking boots to bring his fitness levels in line with the other Meanderthals.
A sub-culture of English eccentricity - living out the "Spirit of Adventure and Exploration" on which the British Empire was built!
