NOSTALGIA

Unfortunately dear reader there has been no walk to report on this week. The Paschal Season tends to be rather busy for those of us with church, musical or grandparent commitments to fulfill and that means just about everyone.
I thought perhaps a nostalgic look back to see what the "Meanderthals" were up to all those years ago.

2004 when there was only one Meanderthal. The valley between Longridge fell and Bowland fells is completely filled with milky mist.

2005.  Still going solo. Waddecar Scout Camp.

2006. Company at last. The Ribble at Osbaldeston

2007.  John W, Charles and Don near Whitewell

2007.  Lawrence, Vic and Charles at Janet's Fosse

2007. Frank, Charles and Lawrence in Ribchester.

2008.  Almost a crowd on Nicky Nook.

 2009.  Heading to Gaping Ghyll

2009 Coffee at Gaping Ghyll

2010.  Familiar faces rounding Sunderland Point

2010.  A chilly Woodplumpton

2011. Paddy's Pole Fairsnape.
(Anthony, who should know, says this was 2012)

2011.(2012 !)  While somebody gets a quick ride home the rest of us still have to negotiate Parlick (in the distance.)

 2011. Silverdale

 2011. Farleton Fell

2012. Red rocks was different last time we visited.

2012. We did occasionally walk in GOOD weather !
