Meanderthals

Meanderthals

Spelling John! Spelling ?

The latest theory on Neanderthals and particularly their face and skull shapes is that they spent most of their lives walking in cold, wet conditions . (That ring a bell ?)
and the sloping face and large nose helped to take lots of air in but also helped to warm it before it reached their "internal organs".  Big mouths and teeth were used for gripping and holding stuff.

The modern Meanderthal, however, has a different strategy for a typical day's walking.
