Fleetwood

Beginning our walk along the quayside. These workmen have taken possession of this brand new piece of kit, which could save the considerable cost of hiring a standard mobile crane.
Jubilee quay at low tide. Not a pretty sight.
Another old hulk that's seen better days.
This huge lorry park by the docks, that nature is now starting to take over, in Fleetwood's hay day would have been packed with lorries queuing to get on the ferries over to Ireland.
The same lorry park, looking the other way.

The infrastructure still looks to be in good order, but is now lying idle. What a waste.
This plaque is on the wall of the North Euston Hotel.
The pavilion on The Mount was empty and uncared for, for many years. Attempts are now underway to bring it back into use.
                                                                  The Marina Lake.
The lifeboat is used for survival training.
                                              Rossall Point Watch Tower.
Sheltering from the wind whilst we have our scran.
                                               Fleetwood golf course.
The parting of the waves by Moses was a topic of conversation earlier. Now we have the parting of the ways. I set off back to the car by our usual route, while the rest decided to carry on to Rossall school and catch a tram back to the car.
Anyone who watches The Bay, may see this mural at the beginning of each episode. Or is it just a similar one?
On arriving back at the car, I was the first one back so I went int the Freeport to take a look at the marina.
