"What's that Flower ?"

Our group has a singular lack of "botanists". Wild flowers leaving us flummoxed. This would appear to be a Wood Anemone which the Dorling Kindersley "Pocket Book of Wild Flowers" tells us " Grows in large swathes in mature woodland. Flowers March to May and only opens when the sun shines and is photo tropic."
