Scorton. More Photos.

A lovely day was in prospect for today's walk.

The first of many small lakes we passed.

Meanderthal numbers were down this week, partly due to granddad duties.

Coffee time at a picnic site

Adolescent trees were the predominant feature today.

A reminder to John that he will be having a cold meal when he gets home.

We were allowed to use the facilities here for our lunch and toileting.

Vic resisted the temptation to make use of the above facility.

"God bless this bunch as they crunch and munch their lunch. Amen !"

Things are looking up for Mike.

Here we entered a more established woodland, but some of the trees had fallen across our path.

Once again John had arranged a picnic table for us. Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible, no doubt.

And finally, a photo of a black hole.
