Leyland, Moss Side.

Setting off from Leyland Warriors Rugby Club at Moss Side with just a hint of rain in the air. The cannibalised bike up against the fence, must have had a good set of tyres on it, as they've been removed prior to dumping.
The rugby club where we parked our cars had several pitches, and although rugby is banned as a community sport during lockdown, the pitches looked to be well maintained.
This lake belongs to the Malt Kiln Fold Conservation Trust.

The solar panels probably provide the energy to drive a pump, to prevent stagnation of the water.
This part of our walk is alongside the River Lostock. The garden on the opposite bank, looks to have a Mediterranean theme about it.
                                                                      Brew time
Right come on, you've had long enough.
This sculpture named Bobby The Iron Horse, is a tribute to the horses of yesteryear, who's hard work was instrumental in bringing prosperity to pre and post industrial Leyland.

Dinner time in Paradise Park. No! we aren't  on a hillside. Danny's camera wasn't positioned correctly for this timed shot.
James and Anthony had to be sacrificed in order to correct Danny's mistake.

                                                                    You dirty rats
Vic is intent on winning this one horse race
                                                                 Yeh! I won.😅

                                                      Thank you ladies.

And thank you John. An easy flat walk on good paths with no stiles.
